Alina Habba claimed that the judge who oversaw Trump’s defamation trial has a conflict of interest and that it may warrant overturning writer E. Jean Carroll’s $83.3M jury award.
In a letter to the federal court in Manhattan, Habba alleges that Judge Lewis Kaplan’s prior working relationship with Carroll attorney Roberta Kaplan, who is not related to him, constitute a conflict in interest.

Chauffeur Neil Boland was accidentally killed when The Who's drummer Keith Moon ran over him in his Bentley. Moon was trying to escape from a Gang of skinheads after a fight broke out at a pub in Hatfield, England. Boland got out to try to protect the car, but left it in gear. He fell under the car and it started moving with Moon at the wheel as he tried to escape the fight. The drummer had never passed his driving test.

I found the analogy I'm going to use from now on.

Lots of laughing, a few very serious discussions, these are your people. And a whole bunch of us are pointing and laughing at all the birds.
