As in most states, the employer has nearly all the rights and Employment Security almost always sides with the employer unless you can prove harassment or illegal business practices. Crappy interpersonal relationships and unreasonable expectations & forced OT (for his personal pet projects) don't matter from the law's POV. -- It's just (past) time for me to move on.
