@Museek - legal he's in the right. As in most states, the employer has nearly all the rights and Employment Security almost always sides with the employer unless you can prove harassment or illegal business practices. Crappy interpersonal relationships and unreasonable expectations & forced OT (for his personal pet projects) don't matter from the law's POV. -- It's just (past) time for me to move on.
@JojoPapa32 sounds frustrating but yes.. if you have to travel far and aren’t treated fairly then you should be paid fairly. Ever look into employment law?
