I'm in the wrong business.
Mrs. Betty Bowers
Joel Osteen made $54,000,000 in cash last year.
The SEC just charged the Mormon Church and its investment management company for failing to disclose $32 BILLION in assets hidden in shell corps.
Churches have become hugely profitable corporations. And should be taxed accordingly
@Jezibaba They should be taxed like any other business and they can write off any legitimate charity contributions. They Should be made transparent for as much as that business is slime.
@bmacmixer There are so many shoulds we just can't keep up. Any chance that presents itself is swept away and not discussed again until something like this occurs and then back to BAU.
@Jezibaba I say someone should clean out their account.
@MichaelTalon @Jezibaba It'd be a real shame if whomever pulled off such a feat then funded #Coso forever.
A real shame.
@ianthealy @MichaelTalon after being laundered, of course. 😂
@Jezibaba lol,of course!
@MichaelTalon I support this idea.
@Jezibaba Joel Osteen is the epitome of a successful con man. He speaks about God in his tweets but scrubbed any mention in his Twitter bio. AND PEOPLE STILL GIVE HIM MONEY.
@thegamerauthor fear of death is a pretty good motivator.
@Jezibaba really asking. Do these people actually believe that he can save them from death?
@Jezibaba agree! If they care about the poor they should be begging to be taxed
