Amazing #mindful #meditation ln.
Might sound odd but I'm going to start explaining these experiences because can be helpful in finding solutions, calming anx/dep, and they can be BEAUTIFUL.
Ln was beautiful! I saw all humanity connected (bc I believe we are connected in the quantum bits inside our atoms)
Connected as humans, not individuals and all individual differences fell away. No color, race, so, etc.
And the LOVE I felt for all people was incredibly joyous! 🥰

I think that's what Sagan meant when he said we're all made of star stuff. At the atomic and subatomic level, everything in the universe is the same stuff. Reality is made up of quantum bits that come together to form everything we know of, including us.
It's like building a house with Legos. You can look at it and see a house, or look closer and see the Legos.
@Jeber yes everything is inside us and nothing can be without everything else.
I meditate at that level. Seeing and understanding at the quantum vibrations as a single entangled field through universe and beyond.
