@QueenOfEverything awwww I love it!! Her coat looks like it is super downy, and you add any humidity or friction to that coat type, and yup. Instant matting! Comfort groom at its best ❤️❤️

@InvaderGzim @QueenOfEverything normally, I agree. In her case, it's elderly owners who adopted her, and got in over their heads with the coat. Normally, I get dogs in this condition owned by younger, able bodied folks, and it infuriates me. Blatant neglect, and they kinda laugh it off. This was not at all that, and he was honest about it. Still hard to see, but more understandable.

@LnzyHou The silver, apparently. The funny thing is, she already has a different silver one, that she loves. He told me she doesn't like the color. She told me it's just too fancy for her and she doesn't need all the stuff it comes with. Me, I say I don't care why, as one as it isn't an issue with the car! He's putting new brakes in, just because, and doing a full service and detail. He's taken care of all my other vehicles through the years, too.
