Any of you ever move wrong, and you’re one twitch, or wrong move, away from totally throwning out your back, like cannot move? That’s where I’m at. I can still move, with agony, but I can do it. How the hell do I figure out which way is the wrong way to move tho, cuz I still dunno WTAF I did to get to this point. No lifting, no sudden moves, just all a sudden holy fuckin oww

@JeSsA can someone bring you a muscle relaxant like robaxacet? can you get the heating pad? can you lie flat?

@singlemaltgirl I’ve got one somewhere, a heating pad. Goin to take some ibuprofen and hope for the best!

@JeSsA if you can sleep on the heating pad, it may feel so much better when you wake up. then see if you can do some light stretches like the cat stretch.

@JeSsA Ugh... I know how this is. I threw mine out by just petting my cat last year. It was TERRIBLE.
For the love of all that is holy DO NOT SNEEZE!
Trust me, it can wind up being some of the most excruciating pain EVER.

@JeSsA I’m so sorry! I have my back issues & threw it out the other day, 3 days later still in pain from just moving too quick. I have no answers, but plenty of empathy!

@EmeraldHufflepuff thank you! I hope you feel better too! It’s definitely not any fun

@JeSsA Happened to me one morning just after waking up and doing nothing. Couldn't even breathe without very bad pain. I looked at what I had done prior and narrowed it down to abs (youtube for Maria khoreva abs) done the day before. Took about 3 days to get back to normal. Ibuprofen helped a bit.

@JeSsA yup, several times. When I'm in the cusp of a complete back fuck up, I tend to go to bed with no pillows, generally a night completely flat does the trick. I also found a good chiropractor to put stuff back.

@JeSsA another trick I've used before is sitting in the car with the seat warmers on.

@JeSsA Oh, no! I feel for you. I hope you get relief soon.
I got all twisted out of shape once and could hardly move. Could barely get out of the car to the chiropractor. Many people in town accused him of being a quack, but that guy and his assistants got me back to normal. It took about a month or so, though.
Sure hope you find something that works for you.

@GrandmaJ yessss that’s how it was when I got home, like holy moly. Walking bent like a hunch back. Hopefully I’m able to move the right way and relax it some. Anti-inflammatories are incoming.

@JeSsA ouch. Not my back, recovering from a really bad strain in my right calf. Step wrong right now and I’m on the ground. Dealing with the unpredictability is frickin tough 🤗

@h2oaddicted @JeSsA
I blame the weather for all of our aches and pains 🤗
Rest, both of you💛

@JeSsA I call that getting old 🤗
If you love your back, turn the game off.
I’m sorry it’s tweaking on you 💛

@Faay well, fawkkkkkk 😅😅😅 grooming is wicked on the body and back

@JeSsA Last three times I threw my back out by committing the following sins:

Stooped to pick up a ping pong ball off the floor
Stooped to shoo a cat out of the bathroom
Put on a pair of socks while standing up

Last one took two weeks to forgive me. After the first two days I started doing some very gentle PT/yoga stretches three times a day until it finally let go.

@JeSsA
Yep.

Happened to me standing in line for groceries. Just casually shifted my weight.

Backs are extraordinarily painful and whiny.

@janallmac That’s very similar to me! Got out of the car, was fine, took a couple steps to the back, stopped for a sec, and it happened, and then got worse with every step after. Like what the heck
