If I understand the legislation, correctly, if it passes it would expand benefits to certain groups who currently can't receive full benefits, such as those with government pensions.

WOW, y'all... this is BIG! I have been shorted by this for a decade! BUT.. It should be progressive! like some folks would get a WHOLE lot more money by "double dipping" into more than one fund.
