@ChippySuave ๐ ๐ First time Mom at 38, almost 3 months in and I'm still in awe. I carried this little creature for nine months. Insane. ๐

For the first years of my sons life. I was a stay at home dad. My wife went back to work after 30 days. She was doing a residency at a local hospital. So every day, some times twice a day I would pack the kids into the car, and drive to the hospital to pick up breast milk. After a few days, the staff all knew me, and would meet me in the emergency drive through, and hand me the good stuff, so that I did not have to get the kids out of the car ! Man that was hard work !

This is why I want mothers to run the country. Mothers know how to "just solve the problem". Stop screwing around. Just get on with making things better.
Mothers become grandmothers, and grandmothers take no shit from anyone!
@corlin ๐๐ I think this idea makes TOTAL sense!! My grandma RULES over our family. Somehow sheโs still the one everyone turns to for comfort and affection. ๐

Well there was all the small incredible joys. The rewards were sometimes subtle but none the less amazing. Sure at first I felt totally at sea, "What the hell am I supposed to do now".. But after a while you get used to the unexpected, and just turn on the solve this problem now, mode.
