@ChippySuave 😘 😘 First time Mom at 38, almost 3 months in and I'm still in awe. I carried this little creature for nine months. Insane. 😀
@ChippySuave SO true☝️!! I'm feeling very zombie like today, but I can't stop staring. I might just have to ping you here on an exceptionally crazy day. 😄

@Jazz So beautiful! Enjoy the quiet moments. And yes, napping is more important for you, too, rather than cleaning. 🤗
I can help with everything from teething, to cradle cap, to diaper scald, and then some. 😂
@ChippySuave Good to know!! 😄😄

For the first years of my sons life. I was a stay at home dad. My wife went back to work after 30 days. She was doing a residency at a local hospital. So every day, some times twice a day I would pack the kids into the car, and drive to the hospital to pick up breast milk. After a few days, the staff all knew me, and would meet me in the emergency drive through, and hand me the good stuff, so that I did not have to get the kids out of the car ! Man that was hard work !
@corlin @ChippySuave @Jazz I salute your dedication to a happy home, sir♡
@corlin Oh my! Hard work indeed! Bless you and your family. 💗💕
@ChippySuave @Jazz
Well I have fought forest fires, done some commercial fishing, and a few other very hard jobs.
But the hardest job I ever had was the sleepless, almost thankless task of day to day parenting small ones. Oh my family knew and appreciated it.
I defy any of these big strong alpha male types to sit with a sick two year old night after night with no sleep. They would fold after an hour! I take no credit for this, it was just what needed to get done.
@corlin 🙌🏼🙌🏼TRUTH!! ...nonetheless, you deserve the credit. I personally don’t believe that everyone possesses the innate desire and ability to nurture selflessly. 🤝
@Jazz
Well there was all the small incredible joys. The rewards were sometimes subtle but none the less amazing. Sure at first I felt totally at sea, "What the hell am I supposed to do now".. But after a while you get used to the unexpected, and just turn on the solve this problem now, mode.
@Jazz
This is why I want mothers to run the country. Mothers know how to "just solve the problem". Stop screwing around. Just get on with making things better.
Mothers become grandmothers, and grandmothers take no shit from anyone!
@corlin 😂😂 I think this idea makes TOTAL sense!! My grandma RULES over our family. Somehow she’s still the one everyone turns to for comfort and affection. 💕
@Jazz 38!! Bless you. My third was at age 37. The really wonderful thing is as tiring as it may seem,
it is also invigorating and can make one feel younger, somehow. 🤣 An indelible bond was formed in those months. I wish you every happiness. If you ever have questions, please feel free to ask!
