Yep. Once I became disabled I gained 35 pounds.

@Shelter @kel I was an in an accident and went from athletic woman to to someone who was in almost non-stop PT for 18 months. If not for the fact the hardware is titanium I'd set off metal alarms.

Spent a year on a beach in Mexico learning to walk again.

Years later I'm still in and out of PT. I signed up at a gym in Oct. and my left wrist and hand decided to go south on me to the point it can't grip right now. So...

It isn't the pounds, it's the fitness.
