I’m thinking back to the days long ago when I was a moderator for a chat room on AOL. We went through a quick training program to cover different scenarios that may violate the TOS. We had shifts so it was only brief periods to be on call. Still, the stress and the badgering and utter disrespect was tough to take for those brief periods.
