Weird that a shadow president keeps tanking votes so that things don’t get done and thus foment chaos and/or potentially enable foreign (not domestic) agents to communicate with his campaign, maybe?

My daughter is studying neck and shoulder pain. I have neck #osteoarthritis so she sent me this excerpt:
OA is not progressive or linear (it can improve again have flare ups; it’s not fixed to get worse just because you have it diagnosed).
Movement helps OA. Don’t be afraid to move it.
