Even if he has some equity, lenders look at various risk factors, including other creditors who may try to call dibs if bankruptcy is filed. If a lender has to go to court to fight 15 other lenders, it won't be worth it to them.

After the trial, E Jean walked up to Tacopina and, as he shook her hand, she said, he raped me and you know it, then walked away. I find it interesting that Tacopina dumped frump right before the second trial. It tells me he has a conscience.

Despite Carroll’s claims that Trump had raped her the jury stopped short of saying he committed that particular offense. Jurors opted for sexual abuse.

A judge has now clarified that this is basically a legal distinction without a real-world difference. He says that what the jury found Trump did was in fact rape, as commonly understood.
