One of the ways Harris is likely to be worse than Biden is that she has a lot of techbro allies and they are pushing her hard on Lina Khan and the Federal Trade Commission. On crypto and other issues, a lot of bigtime tech donors hope that a Harris administration gives them a free pass to exploit the public.

Didn’t read it yet, but Lina Kahn scored a huge victory getting rid of non-compete agreements (at least temporarily before it was over-ruled via a MAGA judge making use of SCOTUS’s fucked up ruling making Fed agencies less powerful than judges who know nothing about the areas they oversee ) and Biden making her head of the FTC says a lot and Harris has got to be a proponent of hers as well as a pro-consumer AG.
Sanders has name checked her as well, interestingly. 🤔

Here is the thing.
Almost every new president changes the cabinet.
Lina Kahn is fiercely hated by the Tech Bros, they view her as an existential threat. And she is. Note that Harris has NOT said a word about this. Because she wants support of the tech bros, and the support of the anti-trust people.
She is going to have to pick a side.
