Ended my fast on Tuesday after 117 hours. Rounding up to 5 days.

Ate, felt great, and am ready to do it again. At noon today I will have hit 24 hours since last eating.

5 days for a first time fast, I think that was decent.

@stueytheround i am taking fasting salts, a vitimin b complex with vitimin c, and also drinking lemon ginger water made with fresh ginger and lemon. My body is in full ketosis now, and what it isnt getting from burning my fat, i am providing it. I am being smart about it. :) but i promise to seek a doc if i start having issues or feel too rough.

97 hours into this fast. Today I was plagued with cravings of a chicken bacon ranch chicago style pizza. I am glad they are closed on Mondays.

I am encouraged to take this one day at a time, but the hours drag on each day now. Sucks

@ATXJane i have not set any time or date, that way I can stop when I want and not feel like i failed. I want to go as long as I can go. I have plenty of weight to drop.
