Phone etiquette. I call up a pest control company listed on google. Guy answers phone with "hello?"

"Is this so-n-so pest control?"

"Speaking."

So I hung up.

If you have a phone number listed as your BUSINESS, answer it like a business. If you cant do that right, I am not spending my money on you.
