Directions
Cook in cast iron skillet. Melt butter. Add onions. Cook until just starting to become translucent. Add trimmed brussel sprouts. Cook for 10 minutes allowing them to brown and char slightly, turn after 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add heavy cream, parmesan, sharp white cheddar, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir until combined. Bake in oven 375F for 15 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes to brown top of cheese slightly.
