Me 3 hours ago when an URGENT email came in and I discovered a coworker ran the Blancco drive eraser on 800+ workstations by mistake.

@AkomoCombine nah.. that face is for.. oops I rebooted a prod server in the middle of the day.
What this was was a near self inflicted gunshot to the head. I cant imagine the 100s of millions thst would have been lost had those endpoints been wiped.
RBAC is going in place because you can't trust low level engineers not to fuck it up.
