Damn attacks on Ukraine. Must do a check in for all the Ukraine staff to make sure everyone is safe.

Pushed through the status&help meetings (5 mins each, quite a few people). Hopefully I will have more drive for the rest of the day.

@Krysdammit Oh Yes. And sometimes they are oblivious to how important this is to us. Here, I have my invisible ear plugs which remove quite a few trigger sounds and gives me this feeling of control, as for repetitive motions etc, I tend to try to break the circle by disrupting (in a good/hidden way) whoever is doing it. If really a bad day, I walk away with a believable excuse. If I find other tips in the future, I will share. If you have any - feel free to share also !

@Krysdammit Ah yeah same thing with repetitive motions as well as usual behaviors/habits. Usually sounds and repetitive motions are the ones getting to me the most. I was even part of a study where they scanned my brain and making me listen to trigger sounds : ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/ to help me understand what was going on. Results were interesting (just go to Conclusions hehe)

@Krysdammit Ah so I guess you know how hard it is to explain (people dont really see it as a problem most of the time.). Had this from when I was 6 and people were thinking that I was just you know.. haha. It's under control even if sometimes long situations under this intense stress get me very tired ! Nice to meet a fellow sufferer.

Oh last week I succeeded to explain to someone - That was great ! If you dont know it, search for it as it can be quite a tiring issue to control for whoever suffers from it. (i.e me !)

Nice. got the pro account on now. I can nicely put it on linkedin as an alternative to track me down, because.. well It's actually a fun social place (compared to many other places.)

Ok made it running through South London. Interesting to see the police cara cruising without their car front lights on the high street in Brixton. Guess they were looking for something.

@JeSsA Happened to me one morning just after waking up and doing nothing. Couldn't even breathe without very bad pain. I looked at what I had done prior and narrowed it down to abs (youtube for Maria khoreva abs) done the day before. Took about 3 days to get back to normal. Ibuprofen helped a bit.

I swear to God one of the reasons I slept so well last night is because I did not go to Twitter as much I think I checked in twice. Spent most of my time here and the anxiety just washed away. Thank you for that.
