@Guillaume how about, in today’s meeting you practice listening and let the others do the talking. Giving others a chance to lead a show can be useful in lots of ways for everyone involved.
@Amyfb Sounds pretty good. Let me try to do this during the next meetings. This last one was a tech synchronization meeting with operation, so I pushed through. Next ones, I will let them drive. Thanks for the tip.
@Guillaume good luck! We have had good luck with an agenda sent ahead of meetings, so that items not on the agenda can be - if appropriate - more easily pushed to the next meeting. Nothing worse than someone who derails the main points with distractions. Good luck!
