Dementia is the worst. My dad is deteriorating, his wife is trying to keep it all together, my brother is breaking down, and I'm coming apart right before an extremely stressful summer. In need of good mojo, please.

I feel a lot better today. Cutting someone off who shouldn't have been back in my life in the first place, a good night's sleep, and making a responsible choice about what to do with my weekend seem to have helped my whole situation quite a bit.

One of my concerns is that the reason judges have been ineffective in controlling TFG's outbursts and threats inside and outside the courtroom, and have not jailed him in spite of repeated violations, may be that TFG's Secret Service detail has warned that they would not cooperate with and might obstruct attempts to take him into custody.

Despite very heavy rain, we had 44 runners turn out for this morning's #parkrun at Danehy park, Cambridge, MA. A few were visitors who came for last weekend's Boston Marathon. An Australian, who has run 289 parkruns at 90 different locations, posted the best time today. I am always in awe at the performance of older runners - he's in the M50-59 division.

What music streaming service would you recommend? I am getting rid of iTunes. I won't use Spotify because they platform MAGA and whackjobs.
Convo reminded me of why we try 'alternative' meds. My Husband & I both have RX's for pain, written over 3 months ago, sitting at pharmacy, unfilled. Drs wrote after extensive convos & physicals. INSURANCE company refuses to approve 💊 for us! Pharmacy & Drs have had convos with insurance companies, but they won't budge (yet); we're having "Too much pain & need to use too often"; won't approve. 🤬 I have diagnosed Chronic Pain & mild/sev RA, Hubs has constant pain post-surgery; OTC not effective.
👵🏽👵🏽👵🏽🤦♀️🤣🤣🤣 Ooooohhhh; no wonder so many 🌿 posts; today is 4/20!
I just thought everyone was 🤔 ...Oh never mind🤣
I've discovered some potent, legal❤️CBD around here. Pull up to the store & order. Good for my pain & for Hubs' cognitive issues.

And religion is not needed to listen to someone, see things from their point of view, respect their views, and have conversations💯 Beliefs are personal & the core of a person.
