I used to think the "early bird" specials at restaurants were silly. Nowadays, I'm thinking, "Dinner at 4pm? Hmm...sounds reasonable."

Going to bed by 8:30 or 9 has something to do with it.
I think it has to do with the digestive system, slows as you age. If you eat earlier, digestion doesn’t wake you.
Oven heating up for my cauliflower crust, veggie pizza. 4:30 pm is my dinner goal for today.
Guess I qualify.

Getting up at 4:30 in the morning will do that to you. I can confirm that, as someone who does the same (3 days a week), eating later just doesn't cut it.
