I attended a convention over the weekend where I signed two book contracts. That's the good news.
I also ran over my prescription glasses, sprained my right knee, and threw my back out. And I can't use pain meds while on the air (for what should be obvious reasons).

@GaryPoole Then it's time for you to bring some doughnuts to the local nursing home and realize that "be careful what you wish for" is often seriously good advise.

@GaryPoole They're your doughnuts, of course you can add one for yourself. I quit eating bad foods, no more for me.
And I just remembered I forgot to bring anything to eat for breakfast. So, add hungry to the list of aches and pains and relative blindness this morning...
