@GaryPoole I was shocked to find out that potato chips are an excellent addition to most deli sandwiches! "Redneck lettuce" I have heard it called, which makes me laugh.
@ITKV I've been putting chips in sandwiches since I was a kid.
Granted, I was the "weird kid", but I still like the extra crunch in my sandwiches/ 😎

I grew up with putting fritos on tuna salad sandwiches.
peanut butter on toast w/ spaghetti bolognese. my mom's best friend loved it. so, I gave it a go... was not a fan. each to their own, eh.
Grapes dipped in peanut butter.
