For campfire starters, nothing beats buffalo chips. However, for snacking they're an acquired taste. 😂

I love those super-crunchy kettle chips, which is why I don't allow myself to buy them very often.
And yes--plain; some of the flavored ones will melt the makeup right off your face.

For me, nothing beats the old fashioned plain potato chip. Flavors and all are nice, but the OG chip is still my fav.
I also like poker chips, but that's a different conversation altogether. 😎
