Moderation is super hard and I know why big-tech tosses it over to AI or their worst intentions.

Moderation is even harder if you're on your own and actually genuinely committed to 'free speech' and hoping your users act like adults and use the tools provided.

Let me not mince words now: I took a break because I have many problems with this site. It is not the panacea folks want. Why? Because of the human condition. I'm back today. But I'm not back. I'm going to be focusing on my blog, where we are all of one community. That means a lot to me in these times. I helped create that. All I can tell you is get behind Kamala, vote blue up and down, and don't give up.

^^ Biden's haters don't have an answer to any of those facts, because those facts are inconvenient, and they're too wrapped up in ignorance to face the reality.

If the replace Biden crowd gets their way, then Republicans win. Why? Because:

a.) GOP legislatures have made it impossible to replace primary candidates this late in the process.
b.) GOP "think tanks" (Heritage Foundation, et al.) have openly stated that they will tie up any attempt to replace Biden in the courts.
c.) This SCOTUS? It isn't ruling in Dems favor.

I seriously can't believe that we're still having this debate.
