@IanWolfe He teaches all the band instruments, but he’s especially particular with his drummers, as you might imagine. He really is one of the kids’ favorite teachers, year after year, even though he can be very tough, too. 👍🏼

@IanWolfe They’re pretty great. I play, piano, flute and piccolo, and a couple years ago, I started to let hubby start teaching me drum set (he’s a middle school band director and percussion is his specialty). It’s definitely fun! 🎵🎶

Spent time at a winery today listening to my husband sit in with a band (playing drums) and had a nice time, despite the ridiculous heat and only being able to drink water as a result. #Augusta #BeautifulView

In the last couple months, I’ve finished these 3 books (I just finished Persist). I’ve loved Eddie since “Dressed to Kill,” & I could hear her voice (& laughed a lot) as I read it, even though her life has not been easy. McGhee had such a clear way of describing the way many in our country came to view things as a “zero-sum game” & how we might fix it. Warren is one of my favorites, & her latest book gave me hope for the future, even in these tough times. #JaynasBookClub #OpenCarryBooks

@Kurtroedeger Ww have another one like that (our fluffy orange 15yo, Bryan), only he rests across my pillow on top of my head sometimes...unlike Mikey, Bryan is a large boy, weighing in at nearly 17 lbs! Good thing I use a king-size pillow, or there’d be no room for me! 😹
