In the last couple months, I’ve finished these 3 books (I just finished Persist). I’ve loved Eddie since “Dressed to Kill,” & I could hear her voice (& laughed a lot) as I read it, even though her life has not been easy. McGhee had such a clear way of describing the way many in our country came to view things as a “zero-sum game” & how we might fix it. Warren is one of my favorites, & her latest book gave me hope for the future, even in these tough times. #JaynasBookClub #OpenCarryBooks
