I hionestly don't 'get' why new people come here and the very first thing they do is huff and puff, and sigh, and moan 'why can't I do this' or 'why haven't you done that'. It's just rude.
It's like meeting someone for coffee and when you turn up they say 'man, I hate your outfit, you are 2 seconds late, I never really liked you anyway' and then leaving.
People are odd!

It's just human nature. No one wants to feel uninformed and vulnerable. You don't walk through a rough neighborhood looking lost, and they are used to walking through a very rough neighborhood.
@AlphaCentauri True. And I WAS that vulnerable newbie. But, when I coudln't do things, I just asked and people replied to me really helpfully. There's a way to say things I think. And arriving and slagging it off instantly just isn't the way!
@Florence Well, it's also a strange time now ... elections may not have gone the way some of them wanted, the hollerdays are coming, things just aren't right with the world (and not likely to be) ... not making excuses for crap behaviour, crap is crap after all, but I can understand where some of it is coming from, at least.

@Florence No, I get it. I don't want it to turn into that here, either. I don't think it will, though. I think there are too many of us who value what we've got here to let a fistful of knuckleheads get away with even attempting that. Block & Report and let the trash get taken out as it should.
I agree with the fact that it’s a stressful time.
Strange outlet when so many actual issues exist to whine about something, in the scheme of things like life, is insignificant.
