Well, those appear to be the keys that still work on my apple wireless keyboard after I spilled Rolling Rock all over it last night, then rinsed it with alcohol....the rubbing kind...and let it dry. Oh well - so goes the saga of the $19 thrift store keyboard, worked perfectly til then, and only missing the FN key.

Well, that was too easy, no wonder it took days. My wireless keyboard wouldn't type alpha, only numeric. But it's a small apple with no numloc. Tried all the alt-x combinations I could, still nothing. So have been using the big usb keyboard I keep around just in case...it's got a numloc - wait a minit - what if I just pressed that? Yes! That made the wireless keyboard work properly again.

Ah, I've reached the ice cream and whiskey part of the evening.

The world is a pile of shit, the hadron collider absolutely has tossed us into Spock with a goatee world, the president is totally treasonous and I don't know what else to do so I spent part of the day preparing for painting the back of the house today. meaning hanging out on the top of a 25-ft scaffolding with a power washer in my hand slinging water and lead paint chips all over my head. Sweet.
