On the road. Away we go. I left about 6:00 trying to leave about 2:00. I'll drive till about midnight or 1 :00 and then nap then into Iowa and across to the Illinois border where I will spend the next few weeks or a couple of months.

Yeah I'm not in favor of trying to make people become vegetarians or vegans, so much could be accomplished just by asking people to reduce their meat intake, meatless Mondays spaghetti Sundays,etc. Even just making the meat portion of a meal smaller. The days of a giant slab of meat with a side of baked potato and a couple pieces of iceberg as a salad like my brother eats is just weird to me anymore.

Another friend has pineapple mangoes just coming to ripening. I grabbed one a week ago and they're not ready yet. Unfortunately I just left the island this morning and arrived in Colorado an hour ago. So I won't get to taste them.
