Yeah I'm lousy at staying in touch with people I've known for years and years and years. You start to take it for granted and then text out to one of them saying "Hi I'm a shitty friend. Sorry I haven't said hello" and they respond "No I'm a shitty friend. I haven't reached out either." and then another 10 years passes.
