Prediction:
SCOTUS will prevent states from removing the orange one for the ballot. He will win the nomination and lose the general election. If civil violence occurs, it will be a meat grinder. Not a coup d'état event. Sporadic, highly violent attacks on both infrastructure and populations. Put down with high body counts.
If civil violence does not occur. Or is minor, then the rhetorical divide will increase to levels unheard of before. All this will make a huge amount of money for the MSM.

Unpopular opinion; The supreme Court should rule that he can be on the ballot. A14.p3 says nothing about elections. It says they cannot serve. And since whoever he chooses for vice president will likely also have been an insurrectionist, they cannot serve either. Which opens the path for President Hakeem Jeffries.
