I've never used the new fancy instapot things but I have a good friend that swears by it and cooks nearly everything in it. I have a standard old school pressure cooker, and I also have a "air fryer" (which is really just a convection oven, but that's what they're calling them now, and you had to wear it onions in your belt to use it, because that's the way we done it. 😉)
