Good morning all off for my annual physical that Medicare allows me. My cholesterol and blood pressure will probably be up. But only to the lower edge of concern. So I try to deal with it by diet and exercise. I ain't taking no bloody pills.
Ha! 110/60 - after 3 cups of coffee my home BP cuff must be off.

Cholesterol good enuf - all other indicators nominal. I'm a lucky human. Most folks my age have more than a few significant issues.
