Anyone have any insight into the Chilean constitutional reform they just voted against?

Seems it was too left-egalitarian. Equality for indigenous peoples and environment, etc.

I don't, but I'm interested to learn.

It seems in Chile, elections are called "plebiscites" and voting is mandatory. Interesting.

Every country has its own way of doing things, and every country, just about, has issues with racial and gender inequality, it seems. From reading this article, anyway.
