Trump should be detained pre-trial due to latest threats
Magistrate Judge Moxila Upadhyaya specifically told Trump that it is a crime to "influence a juror or try to threaten or bribe a witness or retaliate against anyone" connected to the case, which Trump told the judge he understood.

@elbutterfield Iโm no lawyer, but to me itโs a pretty blunt threat to all involved in the case. Judges, the prosecutors, prospective jurors and witnesses. Heโs never said anything as pointedly vicious like that before yesterday that I can recall.
