Well, at least one of the girls at the kids' Homecoming, who's drink was spiked, had Fentanyl in her system when the hospital tested her. 😐

Kids enjoyed Homecoming for the first hour, then they said it was too hot, too loud, one kid had a seizure due to strobe lights, some other kids passed out due to the heat, and two girls got roofied. AT THE HIGHSCHOOL DANCE.

Homecoming for my 16 and 17 year old today.

Grateful for my husband, who is handling it all, cause neither one of the kids can seem to make a plan and stick to it. lol He's better with the last minute changes, while I get frustrated.

(Neither one is driving yet, so we still have to schlep. 17y/o has no desire to drive, 16y/o is still finishing up drivers ed)

I checked on my library holds last night, and they all said I was several weeks away from getting my holds, so I found something else to read on Kindle Unlimited and have gotten sucked in.

Welp. Got a notification that Care Credit reduced my credit limit, so that card is now maxed. It's what I use to pay for vet bills. And guess who has a vet visit today? lol

Thankfully it's just for vaccinations, so it shouldn't be too expensive.

Mogwai's vet visit today was rather....neutral. They did an Xray, and nothing showed up on that, which is good. No tumors, or masses or fluid in her lungs. Her heart sounds good, no murmurs. But no solid answer on what is causing her to honk/cough. We were given antibiotics for 8 days and the Dr is going to up her prednisone dose, then we go from there. #CosoDogs

Mogwai has been coughing, almost honking like a goose, for a bit now. So, on Saturday I made her a vet appt for today.

Has she Goose Honked since then? No. *sigh* Still taking her in. With her age and being a Pomeranian, I am concerned about a collapsed trachea. Dogs, man...... #cosodogs
