Doing some test baking today. The left side of my oven is definitely hotter than the right. Lol

For the second batch, I'm trying out the Convection Bake option. I've never used it before (Oven is less than a year old). Second batch already looks better!
(Creme brulee "pies" with dulche de Leche on the bottom....

Finished up painting the garage entry area. All that's left, is ceilings in the front room, living room and kitchen. Saved the worst for last. Lol

Just finished "The Princess of Potential" by Delemhach. I am in love with the world this author has created, and with the way they write. Little fantasy. Little love story. I have actually giggled, out loud, while reading these books, something I never do. Highly recommend! #CoSoBooks #Reading
