A day of in-bedness for this one. I peopled too hard yesterday, then hardly slept last night, so a day of lazy was all I could manage.

Did figure out we are not hosting Thanksgiving this year, so *phew* big weight off my shoulders! (I was willing to, I just always take on more than necessary lol) Next year though, it's all us.

I peopled today. I peopled with people I love and enjoy being around. I am exhausted. Lol Head hurts, body aches. This is what happens every time I people too hard.

I get to see my Niece and Nephew today, so OF COURSE, I had to run out and buy them gifts!

They each get 2 outfits, 2 coloring books, a box of crayons, a board game and a soft fuzzy blanket that GLOWS IN THE DARK! :D

Oh shit, the fish game needs batteries! Gotta get those before we go...... #Family

6:30am and Walmart STILL doesn't have enough registers open....smh

Tomorrow I am making an Apple Crumble and a Blueberry Crumble to take to a family Chili Feed (and contest).

Chili can only be done so many ways, so I volunteered to bring dessert, rather than bend over backwards trying to find a unique Chili recipe. 😜

Winner get a trophy and an apron with their name on it, proclaiming them Chili Champ. lol SIL put all this together, so it should be fun!

The knuckles on the back of my right hand, have been aching and sore going on 3 days now.

My hands don't like gripping things for long periods of time, and I've been on a building binge in Conan Exiles (video game), so it's a bit angry from all the mouse holding and clicking. You'd think I had a death grip on the mouse, with the way my hand hurts, but no.

*sigh* Hot damn, I love aging! lol

@KazzyH My neighbors dog got snatched up by one, about 2 Decembers ago, I think. In broad daylight. So sad. The coyotes were bad that year, we heard them a lot more that winter, and they were coming closer to human dwellings than usual.

Tuesday, so that means a pot shop run for my carts and a quick stop for cat food.

Then hopefully I have the energy to give the kitchen a good scrub today. Fingers crossed, yes? :)

I bought 9 books last Sunday. I've read 3 of them this week.

We dropped daughters car off on Friday, for what was going to be $1,500 in repairs.....

We are picking it up today with what ended up being $2,800 worth of repairs.

Still not as much as we had originally expected, but almost double what we were originally quoted, cause they found more stuff wrong with it. Blargh! Life is expensive!

Well, after a Google of his name, I found that he took his own life. I am unbelievably heartbroken. Not for me, for him. His wife. His son. His sister.

He was my first love. My first heartbreak. We had some tough experiences together, that we've shared with no one else.

Addiction is fucking awful.

Husband took me to Barnes and Noble, and told me to get whatever I wanted. $200 later......lol

Then we went to the mall, for pretzels, lemonade and Cinnabons. He also bought me TWO Loungefly bags, cause I couldn't decide between them.

He was intent on spoiling me today, and I say "Mission Accomplished!" lol 😍

I just found out my High School boyfriend passed away last year. On my birthday, as it happens. He was only 42.

I don't know the what/why, but I do know he struggled with alcohol when we were young. It's part of why I broke up with him.

I still have the ring he gave me for my 18th birthday....

Not real sure how I am supposed to feel about this...

My hubbs has a cough, and while at home coughs like a fucking toddler. Mouth open, tongue out, no covering. *sigh*

He covers and is much more polite in public, but like damn. I don't wanna be walking through your germy cough clouds, my friend! lol

My daughter has Homecoming this Saturday. She bought a DRESS. This girl hasn't worn a dress since my Mom died in 2016. lol She wore a vest and bowtie to homecoming last year.

Dropping daughters car off at the shop today. Soon, I will have my 4Runner back and she will be driving her own vehicle! Not that I have anywhere to go anyway.....lol
