@Carolyn_haack It took me about 10 days, I think, to finally get that first negative test. And I took multiple, different types of tests, cause I showed negative on one kind, but positive on another. (This was just last month)

Today, I will make fresh pasta for dinner, get my own sourdough starter goin', and maybe bake a loaf of sammich bread. :D

Been trying to keep to my lil bubble. Avoiding social media, or any media, really. Other than binge watching crime documentaries. lol

Making cookies and bread and pie. Planning my garden for the year. Cleaning and organizing my home. Just being content and happy in my bubble.
You don't have to stay informed 24/7 about the world. It's okay to keep to your happy bubble. :D

I ordered some stuff from Temu. Cabinet organizers and whatnot. It is the SAME STUFF I was looking at, on Amazon, but like $10-$20 cheaper per item.

They are being delivered by DHL. *sigh* I am never getting my packages.......lol

Finished book #2 for the year today. Need to peruse the Kindle Unlimited library, and my actual library, to find #3! #Books #BookWorm

I have so many packages arriving in the next week, and hubbs just got rid of the pile of boxes in the garage...Imma hafta burn these new one myself, so I can hide the evidence....🤪

I got excited when I saw that the show "Belgravia" got a spin off type show, and is continuing. Sat down, all cozy to watch it....Need a subscription to something called MGM+. DAFUQ.

I was all for these streaming services...Netflix, Hulu...but this has gotten outta control now. Just about every network, every entertainment producing entity, has a streaming service that they use as a pay wall for their shows! Fuckers..... #rant

Left right after that, and PROMPTLY sanitized my hands! There was a lot about that "convo" that just wasn't right......

Went to the Library today, to get my son a library card....As we are standing there, chatting with the Librarian, a woman with a small child next to us says, loudly: "Stop licking that!" (the counter)
Kid: "I wasn't licking it!" (he was)
Woman: "Okay, cause if you do you'll get sick and then I'll laugh at you."

I stopped my conversation, made eye contact with the Librarian, stiffy turned to my right, side-eyed the kid, then made side-eye contact with the mother.

Well, I deep cleaned the kitchen. Counters, dishes, floors, ovens, sink. All scrubbed clean!

Really need to empty cabinets and wipe those out, but it will have to wait for another day. #Housework #Cleaning

3 hour delay now! lol They really do not want to cancel school again. Kids decided it was useless to go to school today, since each class will be about 20 mins. So, another home day for us! I am cool with it.

I really want to go on a cleaning spree. I want this house to be cleaned, as if Her Majesty the Queen was coming for a visit. I want that feeling you get, after you clean and light a candle......That feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction.....

I just need to find the motivation and energy. lol #Housework #Cleaning

2 hour delay for the kids this morning. All we got last night, was rain. At 29-30*. Rain. It did not freeze on the pavement, but did ice up on the snow.

I was really wanting more snow. Maybe February. #pnw #wawx

Another canceled school day for my kiddos! We still have snow from Thurs/Fri.

Got above freezing for a bit yesterday, so there was melting, then it froze HARD again last night (it's 13*f currently), so side roads are a mess!

And since I live rural, ALL roads are side roads! lol #pnw #wawx

Apparently neither heater was putting out any heat. Wonderful. Hubbs took another one down there, that we KNOW pumps out the heat. Hopefully we can get the pipes warmed up so we have water.......
