@LiminalLil Same! I've stopped reading a series or two, cause the author seems to think proof reading is optional. Smh It's frustrating!
I'm thankful for Kindle Unlimited, but man oh man.....There's a reason some of the books on there (for "free").
I know I've complained about this before....but the typos!!! How hard is it to proof read before you publish?! I can guarantee if I were putting out stuff I'd written, I'd be quadruple checking it BEFORE I hit that "publish button".
The eldest child and his GF are getting practical stuff for Christmas. I ordered toothpaste, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher packs, Top Ramen, Jelly Beans, a variety pack of snacks and a giant thing of TP, all from Costco.
They'll get some "fun" stuff in stockings, but as adults with their own apartment, I thought "practical" and "needed" items were warranted.
@MgBarbatos LOL Right.
I'm currently shopping online at Costco, for the eldest child that has moved out. The buying never ends! lol
@KarenSohne YES! Or in the early mornings, like, yes, you can see without them on, but it makes OTHERS easier to see YOU!
@KazzyH I am jealous! I love snow. We don't get too much here in Western Washington. Sometimes, but its never a guarantee.
@stratkitten I really enjoy it, but I am a sucker for anything "Gilded age" related. Shows, movies, books...
