Protip: Do a little digging into that claim that's generating a lot of outrage to make sure it isn't half-twisted bullshit. #RandomThoughts
Are you feeling especially apprehensive or despondent these days? Don’t discount the influence of fewer hours of sunlight and falling serotonin levels. This annual biochemical mischief has been messing with us since our cave days, when the return of the sun was a matter of speculation, not certainty. Compounding this angst, we hold our elections during this already emotionally fraught window of time. Guard your #MentalHealth and amplify your #SelfCare efforts. It’s not you; this is rough.
My husband lost his job (not his doing) last month. It's been incredibly hard watching him get rejected as he applies to job. But he has a phone interview this afternoon, so fingers crossed. I desperately wish I could help provide but due to my health and being on dialysis I cannot. Hopefully I'll hear about disability soon. Going to school, health matters and a lost job is a lot to handle at the moment
Breathe. #selfcare
What more needs to happen before you realize that our lives will never be the same if a certain someone becomes president? Please, I ask that you look within yourself and think about how your choice will impact our future for the greater good and not just for selfish reasons. America is a united nation, and we all need to come together do what is right for all Americans. Period.
One who bashes our own and mocks disabled veterans calling them suckers? One who wants to take away women's rights and tell them what to do with their own bodies? Think about it. Why would you want that for Americans? We cannot afford to go backwards in this nation. I am absolutely terrified for the future of our country and my potential children. ⬇️
My two cents-
The world is on fire right now. People are suffering needlessly and dying. Our atmosphere is getting thinner. Our sea level is rising. Children are going hungry. Mass shootings are an everyday occurrence. Racism and bigotry are at an all-time high. I am so heartbroken by the rhetoric used by the far right and by a particular person. Is that the kind of leader you want running our country? ⬇️
My husband and I live in on the East Coast with our 4 "fur-babies". He works from home and I am a model, dialysis technician student and life coach. I love my job and being able to have that creativity and freedom to express myself in this way and help people. I want to show that although I've had these challenges, I can still be who I am and I want to show others that different is beautiful no matter what! You can do anything you set your mind to! Thank you for reading my story!
Overwhelming because there's a lot to stay on top of health-wise and to be extra diligent about staying as healthy as possible and stave off secondary cancers and other infections. Currently, I'm on dialysis awaiting a kidney transplant. Unfortunately this will be my third kidney transplant (third times the charm?!) I am in great spirits and hope to resolve this chapter of my life as soon as possible. ⬇️
Hello! My name is Elly, I'm 31 years old and I was diagnosed with Fanconi Anemia at 9 years old. I was third in line in 2003 after Dr. John Wagner's non-radiation protocol. Along with my diagnosis came other challenges such as short stature (I'm petite standing at 4'8), hearing loss, born without thumbs, and kidney issues. ⬇️
It's a dangerous evening to be a driver, and an especially dangerous evening to be a pedestrian.
Be safe out there folks. #Halloween
