@hallmarc Yes, many of them, deservedly so. Some are dead... no loss. The ICC has named them.
@EdgeOErin not many of them from what I can find. Mohammed Deif, head of Hamas' "military wing" (as if there should be a legitimate distinction between any "arm" of a terrorist group) was named alongside Gallant and Netanyahu. The ICC is not able to issue such warrants against Lebanese, Syrian, or Iranian leaders because they have not ratified the Rome Statute. Israel hasn't either but since the "State of Palestine" joined the ICC, the body considers all the territories its jurisdiction.
@EdgeOErin do you know if they've issued warrants for the leaders of Hamas, Hezbollah, PIJ, Fatah, Iran, Boko Haram, the Houthis, Russia, or Sudan? Just wondering.
