Thing I learned today:
The bridge over the Rhine in Arnhem, Netherlands which was the ultimate target of Operation Market Garden in WWII, is now named after the British Col. John Frost (played by Anthony Hopkins in 'A Bridge Too Far', who commanded the small force that captured the northern end and held it for over 3 days until they ran out of ammo.
That's pretty cool of the people of Arnhem IMHO.
Deep cuts from the monthly vinyl club but this, here, is exactly why I joined.
I would never know to even pay attention something like this if I saw it in a shop or on a streamer, but it’s delightful! ❤️ it! 😊

They believe they're entitled to freebies, and don't understand that taking free stuff from companies with a stake in decisions they make is quite literally corrupt behaviour, as if declaring that they're corrupt makes everything okay.

Yeah, it's quite a feat. By all reports, that Mitchell Santner bloke was nearly unplayable.

It's important to remember that AutoTune is mostly used as a deliberate effect these days (there are other, better ways to "fix" vocals than that clumsy implement, and everybody uses them). And just because an artist chooses to use it on a recording doesn't mean they can't sing.
