Thing I learned today:

The bridge over the Rhine in Arnhem, Netherlands which was the ultimate target of Operation Market Garden in WWII, is now named after the British Col. John Frost (played by Anthony Hopkins in 'A Bridge Too Far', who commanded the small force that captured the northern end and held it for over 3 days until they ran out of ammo.

That's pretty cool of the people of Arnhem IMHO.
