Tell people you're ill, they flock to you w/ concern & offers of help. Mention it's a relapse of depression? Crickets, like you're contagious or something. We are conditioned to be "ok" no matter what, then shocked when someone isn't "I had no idea!" Yes. You did, you just didn't listen.

@Lucertola itβs not ideal but you can defrost toilets w/ a hair dryer. It takes a bit of patience and itβs best to use the warm setting rather than the hot setting. But it is doable. Lived in some sketchy places in my 20βs.
