@TheAbbotTrithemius It is essentially a throatier guitar. Tuned to B, it's higher than a bass but starts invading that sonic territory.

Because I already have literally six or seven other chorus pedals, it took me 7 years, an Anderton's shootout, and a crazy deal to finally commit the definitive article. It went up on Mercari last week for $150 "untested" -- but that's because it clearly had never been removed from the box.

Wow.

@TheAbbotTrithemius It came with 14-68 but I went down to 13-62, partly so I could install some nicer tuners (Hipshots, which only accommodate up to 62), It still has a great growl, but now it's a bit easier to bend and feels closer to the gauge of my acoustic, which also uses 13s.

I also wound up replacing the pickguard with pearl and cleaning & conditioning the fretboard. It's in good shape now!

I stayed up too late playing #StreetFighter6 but I also got to dragon punch a sentient refrigerator so I don't really have any regrets

Squire Classic Vibe Baritone Telecaster Custom arrived. Reduced relief in the neck, will be fiddling with saddle height for a few days, but I'm very pleased! #newguitarday

@robfwtx Agreed. But right now it's all or nothing and there are a lot of people who will not discuss this matter in sensible degrees. Suggesting a restriction on some guns is interpreted as "you're taking all my guns away, I am defenseless!" Which is of course nonsense.

@sfleetucker Yeah, I mean...as an adult, then or now, how did NO light go on? LOL.

Actual question posed on the bird site: "If you ban guns, how would I protect myself and my family?"

A fence, an alarm system, motion-activated lighting, cameras, a dog — all of these things have been endorsed by my local law enforcement as ways to protect my home & my family.

When someone kicked down my door and attempted a home invasion, the alarm is what made them run.

That's what my police department encouraged. Or don't you back the blue...?

Recently overheard a member of 'the greatest generation' say they didn't realize the Village People were gay.

When I was 6, they were my favorite band. Too young to understand their act.
