I'm sure Elon will sue over it. Progress and all you know.
And, frankly, it's Florida. From what I can tell, most Floridians who were interested in stuff like wetlands and manatees are gone.
Ah, surprised he got fined, then. Though, honestly 6 in one hand, half dozen in the other between Florida and Texas.
Has he asked Abbott to pay it for him? I'm sure he will get rid of all those regulations and fines when Tang puts him in charge of "The Department of Government Efficiency" to eliminate those billionaire annoying regulations. 😉
Musk’s launch site is next to fragile wetlands because our governor hates the planet.
Conservatives are the this planet’s biggest danger.
Yeah, but Texas has been paving over wetlands since forever to put toxic chemical storage and manufacturing closer to poor communities.
I know there are Texans who care, but for the most part, Texas doesn't.
@Cosmichomicide This was in Texas, not in Florida, and SpaceX agreed to the settlement, he's not going to sue. This probably explains why he was griping the other day that his next Starship text was held up due to environmental issues. My guess is he agreed to the fine to proceed with his next test.
